JIRA Close Button is off screen for some displays

      Hi, when we use JIRA/GreenHopper on some computers, the popup frames can not be closed, because the close button is off the screen at the bottom. We can use the F11 key to close the frame, but shouldn't the close button be duplicated at the top of the frame, or be sized better for the display?
