When uploading a file (especially larger files) in the Jira Service Management Agent issue view, the in-progress attachment indicator displays a tooltip with the literal string "title" upon hover. This uninformative placeholder text causes confusion for agents and users, as it fails to communicate whether the upload is actively progressing, processing, or encountering an issue.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open any issue in Jira / Jira Service Management Agent view.

1. Initiate an attachment upload with a moderately large file (e.g., ~50–70 MB) to observe the in-progress state.

1. While the file is actively uploading, hover over the upload progress/status icon next to the uploading file.

Expected Results

The tooltip or status message clearly indicates the upload status (e.g., "Uploading attachment, please wait...", percentage/progress bar, or clear failure messaging if an error occurs).

Actual Results

The tooltip over the in-progress upload icon literally displays the placeholder text "title". Once the upload completes, the file attaches properly and the indicator disappears.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior.
