Jira Software Data Center
This High severity RCE (Remote Code Execution) vulnerability was introduced in versions 10.3.8, 10.7.1, 11.0.0, and 11.1.0 of Jira Software Data Center.
This RCE (Remote Code Execution) vulnerability, with a CVSS Score of 8.1 and a CVSS Vector of CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:H/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H allows an unauthenticated attacker to cause a resource to be unavailable for its intended users by temporarily or indefinitely disrupting services of a host connected to a network which has high impact to confidentiality, high impact to integrity, high impact to availability, and requires no user interaction.
Atlassian recommends that Jira Software Data Center customers upgrade to latest version, if you are unable to do so, upgrade your instance to one of the specified supported fixed versions:

The National Vulnerability Database provides the following description for this vulnerability: React Router is a router for React. In versions 7.0.0 through 7.14.1, when using Framework Mode, a combination of steps could potentially allow unauthorized remote code execution (RCE) through external requests. This attack requires the application code to have an existing prototype pollution vulnerability, which can then be leveraged in a 2-step attack where the second step triggers unauthorized RCE on the remote server. This does not impact applications using Declarative Mode (`<BrowserRouter>`) or Data Mode (`createBrowserRouter/<RouterProvider>`). This is patched in version 7.14.2.
