Release Version page shows different Issue Count Titles on Jira 11.x.x

      Issue Summary

       There's a discrepancy with the titles of the issue count within the Release Version page. The issue was already fixed on Jira 10.3.x , as part of the bug fix : https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWSERVER-26292. However, it resurfaced on Jira 11.0.0 : 

      v10.3.x v11.0.0+
      Issues in version release-report-all-issues
      Issues done release-report-done
      Issues in progress release-report-in-progress
      Issues to do release-report-todo

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to the project and click on Releases
      2. Click on a version to see its details

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
