Issue Summary

Feature introduced via https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWSERVER-25490

When loading the import/export pages under Advanced Roadmaps Administration menu, an error is shown, preventing users from proceeding with the import/export.

Jira Software 10.3.16 and 10.3.17 are not affected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Administration >> Manage Apps >> Advanced Roadmaps Export
   or Administration >> Manage Apps >> Advanced Roadmaps Import

Expected Results

The page loads fine.

Actual Results

The following error is displayed:

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
