Since the fix for the bug JSWSERVER-16687 was released, the tasks of administering Jira boards has been severely affected by the confirmation step required to remove unmapped statuses from boards.

Executing a single or just a few modifications doesn't impact the user. However, performing dozens of times during a more complex task causes unwanted friction.

Especially when the removed status doesn't have a single associated issue, which is the case for what this feature request aims to achieve.

The warning itself has a link that opens a new search using the board's filter, along with the unmapped status to check which issues would be affected, instead of actually performing the search in order to validate if the warning makes sense or not.

I request that this search check be implemented before the warning is rendered, skipping to the action if there are no issues affected by the status removal.
