Hi,
In JSM you you click on a ticket - reply to the customer - Canned responses : if the titles of the canned responses are too long, you can't see them entirely and it prevents support agents to find the right answer in the most efficient way.
I can't share screenshots because it says I don't have the permission to attach an image but I refer to the modal to select the canned response divided in 2 columns.
- The list of canned responses with the search bar
- The preview of the selected canned response
Would it be considered to make the first column bigger/wider so that we can see the entire title?
Otherwise, do you have a suggestion for the use of canned responses with long titles?
