We have recently implemented an Issue Collector for a particular Jira project.  The collector works, however clicking 'Close' in the lower right does not close the window - need to click X on the tab to close the window.

We're experiencing this on Chrome 143.0.7499.170 and Edge 143.0.3650.96.

Within our organization's Jira page I was able to click the 'Help us improve Jira' icon, an issue collector page opens, and I am able to Close that window.  I wonder if the issue is related to our particular project.  We're using the canned issue collector, custom template, no additional / custom javascript.

Developer logs show 'the cancel event on forms is deprecated'.
