Issue Summary

Users can no longer type in the date in the date picker field(Target start or Target end) in Advanced Roadmaps

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Plans -> Open an existing plan. 
2. On the target start or target end date fields, try to just type in the date in whichever date format that you have configured.

Expected Results

The date can be typed in like below.(This is how it works in 9.x version of Jira)

Issue Impact - The users who prefer keyboard entry(due to accessibility reasons) are now no longer able to type in the dates and this causes a hindrance in their workflow. 

Actual Results

User wouldn't be able to type in any date. They can only choose from the calendar picker.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
