It would be really helpful to allow users to "minimize" or "collapse" comments. It would even be more helpful to have a default line limit (customizable by space or user), so a comments is defaulted to collapsed if it is longer than x lines or characters long. And an additional feature that will be straight fire would be to have a button to collapse all comments or expand all comments at once.
A lot of the comments that we get are from emails that are really long and it take a lot of time to scroll down hundreds of lines to find the second email because the thread is getting long or the customer has attached a code sample that is really long.
I think just a simple arrow in the upper right of the comment-base-item SPAN that would collapse the content in the issue-comment-base.ui.comment.ak-comment<n>-content DIV and only show the first 120 characters with a "..." ellipsis at the end of the line to indicate that it can be expanded.
