Allow project admins to set a default request type on the QuickCreate issue screen

      Issue Summary

      Currently, we can only set a default Issue Type on the Issue Type scheme settings. For reference: [Change the default issue type displayed on the Create Issue screen in Jira

      However, if we add the Request Type to the Create Issue screen, it will show a random type, and setting a default is not possible:

      Expected Results

      Being able to set a default request type on the agents side, similar to the issue type configuration.

      Actual Results

      Setting a default request type is not possible.

      Workaround

      No workarounds available. Agents need to set the field manually, leaving space for mistakes.
