Issue Summary

If we can have a 'backup' node that has already gone through the startup process but has been put into a 'hibernation' state, that would be useful

Expected Results

We want to have the ability to add nodes into a hibernation state to speed up the startup process in certain occasions.

Actual Results

EC2 Hibernation is not officially supported at this time.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
