Problem Definition

Currently, there is an upper limit of 5000 open issues per plan due to performance restriction. If there are more than 5000 issues, some issues have to be excluded due to the limits, however, this would mean that the roll up will not consider excluded issue.

Suggested Solution

Please enhance Advanced Roadmaps to allow roll-up calculations for parent issues to include all child issues in the project, even if some child issues are not currently included in the plan due to the issue limit.

Workaround

Workaround would be to use multiple plans or filter/exclude issues that are not needed ex: Done issues
