Issue Summary

We want to implement the ability to log hours right from the start, when we are creating the Jira issue with the MS teams chat bot

Expected Results

Actual Results

We are only able to log hours after the ticket creation. This is the default behavior for the jira application, not specific to the plugin only. 

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
