Current Upgrade Report shows only the upgrade version as "Jira was successfully upgraded to version x.y.x on ..."

Please add the information "Upgraded from a.b.c" to the Latest Upgrade Report so we can have such an information:
"Jira was successfully upgraded form version a.b.c to version x.y.x on "

It would also be very useful to have a separate page that displays the full version history in more readable format with all details (source and target version, upgrade date)
