Problem Statement

Currently, the Jira Gadget feed XML URL (<baseURL>/rest/gadgets/1.0/g/feed) will return all the gadgets from Jira, including the unsupported from third party app, and unfortunately, there isn't a way to omit or filter specific unsupported gadgets from the list since most of the gadgets were working in the Jira dashboard but not in Confluence.

Solution

As an Admin, it would be great that Jira allow omiting some gadgets to be shown in the Jira Gadget feed XML URL (<baseURL>/rest/gadgets/1.0/g/feed).

Workaround

A temporary solution would be avoiding showing all gadgets that were not supported by the third party vendor:
