Summary

After an issue is moved to an Sprint via right-click on an issue and select the action 'Send to', the focus jumps to the destination sprint instead os staying in the source-area of the backlog.

It appears that the behaviour changed after Jira 10. In earlier Jira versions such as 9.12.17, the focus remained on the Backlog, whereas in Jira 10, the focus shifts to the target sprint.

Ask

It would be beneficial for customers to select their preferred behaviour, as many would find it more convenient if the focus remains on the source area of the backlog.

Workaround

Using the keyboard shortcuts to reorganize the backlog doesn't affect the focus on the screen:
(s + t for top, s + b for bottom)
