Issue Summary

The documentation for the FishEye integration with Jira contains broken links, and there is no longer any public-facing documentation for the Perforce Jobs integration.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Visit Linking FishEye to Jira
2. Click the link to the Jira FishEye plugin on the Atlassian Marketplace
3. Attempt to locate documentation for Perforce Job integration

Expected Results

• The Marketplace link should lead to a valid plugin listing, or we can just remove it as it's in Jira Software Distro.
• Public documentation should exist describing how to configure and use the Perforce Jobs integration between Jira and FishEye.

Actual Results

• The Marketplace link is dead:
  https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.jirafisheyeplugin returns 404
• Previously available documentation here is out of date and not located with the product documentation. Additionally it appears to be behind auth so it's not accessible to customers:
  https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FISH/pages/36667424/JIRA+FishEye+Plugin+3.0.17+-+Perforce+Job+Integration

There is no accessible documentation for a supported integration feature.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
