If you modify a board filter query and the project goes into a nested JQL, then the board will disappear from the list of boards in a project. For example, using this JQL:

filter = "scrum projects" order by rank desc

While it's clear why this happens, as a Jira administrator, I'd like that projects that are returned in the JQL would link the board to the project.
