DVCS: Support Commit Bulk Fetching in Bitbucket cloud

      Problem Statement

      Currently, commit bulk fetching only supports Github and Gitlab in 10.2.x release.

      It would be great the feature also available for Bitbucket Cloud integration with Jira DC version.
