Problem

Prior to Jira Software 7 and the introduction of the "Drag and Drop Attachments" system plugin, users were able to add attachments directly as comments through a pop-up dialog box when using the drag-and-drop feature. Interestingly, Jira Service Management still operates in this manner. Customers have expressed a desire for a toggle option to enable this functionality
