Issue Summary

If specifying a value for the  team field of a ticket, sprint options belong to other team are not shown in plan. 
It looks like a supposed behavior.
However, if looking at the editing screen for a ticket, all sprint options will be shown in sprint field, no matter if team specified or not.
Thus, this ticket is raised for confirmation.
 
This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create 2 project (Project1, Project2) with default scrum board
2. Add at least one ticket for each project
3. Create one sprint for each board(project)
4. Create a plan based on above 2 boards
5. Make 'Sprint' and 'Team' column(field) shown in the plan 
6. When clicking sprint for a ticket, the 2 sprint options will be suggested. This is correct.
7. After setting a team for the ticket, click Sprint to show options

Expected Results

All sprint options(2 sprints) are shown

Actual Results

Only sprint option belong to the team is shown

Workaround

Remove the value of  team field for the ticket
