Issue Summary

The Vertical Scrollbar and slider are not showing correctly when working on the default light theme & Dark Theme of Jira DC 10.3. The slider is not showing correctly when viewing it in BackLog View. The slider is used to move down easily to view the list of issues in the backlog view.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create and spin up a cluster with Jira DC 10.3.3 or 10.0.0
2. Go to Projects and select any Scrum Project. Under that, select the Backlog or the View Sprints page.
3. Create multiple issues in order to make the scrollbar or slider available to view.
4. Observe that the vertical scroll bar and slider have become too thin or almost invisible, and they are almost not selectable in the Backlog and Active Sprint view.
5. Go profile icon > check Personal Settings > Theme > Light Theme ( default selected for Jira DC 10.x )  observe the above behavior.
6. The same behaviour is also seen when switching to a Dark theme as well.

           7. It has been observed in Google Chrome when viewing the backlog view under a sample scrum project.

The issue is not reproducible in Jira 9.12.x 

Expected Results

the vertical bar and slider should always be available when using Chrome or in all browsers.

Actual Results

the vertical scrollbar and slider in the Backlog view become almost non-selectable

Workaround

The issue is not observed when switching back to the original theme OR when using Mozilla Firefox and this can be used as a workaround
