      Issue Summary

      In some environments, Jira's database captures a long running query against the AO_E8B6CC_CHANGESET_MAPPING table. 

      As a result, the database can experience elevated CPU as the query processes and over repeat use, could lead to a negative performance situation

      Idea:

      Please optimize queries that reference Jira's AO_E8B6CC_CHANGESET_MAPPING table to help prevent them from running excessively and increase CPU on the database host.
