Issue Summary

Advanced roadmap Program shows blank values for Scheduled start and Scheduled end dates

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a KANBAN project
2. Create a release within the project (created in step 1) with start and release dates
3. Create an epic in the project (created in step 1) and assign the fixed version as the newly created release (in step 2)
4. Create an ARJ plan and use the project (created in step 1) as one of the issue sources; ensure the epic appears in the plan
5. Create an ARJ program using the plan (created in step 4)
6. Navigate to the Scope tab of the program (created in step 5) and ensure the dates are set for the Scheduled start and end date fields in the table
7. Go to the plan (step 4) and assign Target start and Target end dates to the epic (created in step 3)
8. Go to the program (step 5) and click the Sync button; ensure the dates are changed in the Scope tab and filter the results from the releases field. 
9. Clear the dates from the release (created in step 2)
10. Return to the program (created in step 5) and click the Sync button; ensure the dates are unchanged in the Scope tab. 
11. Within the Scope tab, filter by the release (created in step 2). Observe the scheduled start and scheduled end dates. 

Expected Results

• Scheduled start and Scheduled end dates should not be shown as blank
• Results should be in sync with and without applying the release filter. 

Actual Results

• Scheduled start and Scheduled end dates are shown as blank
• Results are not in sync with and without applying the release filter. 

Workaround

• Use the filter other than release. These filters are working as expected.
