Issue Summary
On the "Average Age Report" page, The <header> element is incorrectly defined twice on the page.
Note-This issue is also observed on "Login" page refer screenshot 2.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to “Boards” menu pop-up link and activate it.
- Navigate to “Scrum” link and activate it.
- Navigate to “Report” link present in Side navigation and activate it.
- Navigate to "Average Age Report" link and activate it.
- Inspect the code
- Observe there are two <header> element present.
Actual Result
The <header> element is incorrectly defined twice on the page which resulted in a confusing experience for screen reader users. As a best practice page should only have only one <header> tag.
Expected Result
Only one <header> tag should be used on the page. Remove the <header> element provided in the main content area.

Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
