Steps to Reproduce

Actual Results
The #DDEBFF color is used to identify the "Selected" sort state of the Versions/Issues present in the Versions non-modal dialog.
Color deficiency users and low-vision users will not be able to differentiate between the colors and will have no way to easily identify the currently selected state.
Expected Results
Information presented via color should be conveyed to all users programmatically using another alternate method.
In the mentioned example at least see to it that the color contrast between the selected state and non-selected state should be a minimum of 3:1.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
