JQL filter for years ("y")

      Problem

      The capability to utilize JQL to query tickets with the year ("y") as a parameter, similar to how months ("m") or days ("d") are used.

      Suggested Solution

      Add "y" as an additional parament to simplify searches and to 

      Why This Is Important

      Allows for simpler searching of issues and add consistency to the product

      Workaround

      Customer can use months ("m") or days ("d") to calculate years. (1y = 365d)
