Problem
When you have Jira Service Management and Jira Software installed, and only one of the licenses expires, the entire Jira becomes read-only.
But when the license is yet about to expire, a banner is shown at the top of the screen, notifying that only one of the apps would be impacted, not both.
Suggested Solution
While there is already a Suggestion, logged under JRASERVER-64365 to improve the behavior, it would be nice to improve the verbiage as well, to let the Jira Admins know that they need to either, remove the license if it is not in use anymore, or to renew it, otherwise they entire Jira would become read-only.
Why This Is Important
This impacts both, customers with paid and evaluation licenses, and when one of the licenses expires, the entire Jira instance becomes read-only, and the message is not clear about that.
Workaround
Workaround for JRASERVER-64365: remove the expired license.
