Extending the Cascading Select List custom field

      Currently, we provide Cascading Select List in custom fields, such as:

      +-option 1
 |   +-sub option 1a
 |   +-sub option 1b
+-option 2
     +-sub option 2a

      It will be nice to be able to select a text field instead of a sub-option.
      For example,

      +-option 1
 |   +-text field
+-option 2
     +-sub option 2a
