Add support to MySQL 8.4

      Please add support to my MySQL 8.4. It is not listed as supported on Supported platforms page.

            We are planning to upgrade confluence from 8.5.19 to 9.2.x where mysql 8.4 is supported. We have Jira and Confluence running on same mysql 8.0

            We see in document that Jira 9.12 .xor 10.3.x (LTS) does not support mysql 8.4 according to https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/supported-platforms-938846830.html

            Please expedite this and provide this feature in Jira LTS

            Please prioritize this as MySQL 8.0 will reach the end of its support soon. Confluence Data Server has already added support for MySQL 8.4.

            Please implement the support of MySQL 8.4. The support for MySQL 8.0 ends on Apr 30, 2025. Thanks!
