Problem

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a Software project, using the default Create screen for issue creation.
2. Add a required field. Note that the required field is not on the Create Screen.
3. Create a new issue. There is no warning that the required field is missing from the Issue creation screen. The UI can handle better with warnings: "Contact your Jira admin and have them look at article X to fix this".

Suggested Solution

A button for the Project admins to add missing required fields to Create Screen

Why This Is Important

Because the require field was added to issue types but not to any screen, when Creating an issue, an error states that the required field requires a value, but the value was nowhere to be found on the Create Screen.

Workaround

Manually adding the required field to the Create Screen after getting the error.
