Jira's text gadget (with HTML) was deprecated on Jira 9.10.

However, some customer still need to use HTML on their dashboards and even when the com.atlassian.jira.security.text.gadget.output.sanitization flag was created, I couldn't add a deprecated text gadget on a brand-new Jira instance running on 9.12.7.

A customer on the same version is still able to create new deprecated gadgets which leads us to believe it will remain available for some time if you had this gadget previously on your Jira instance.

We kindly request to make it available as an option (maybe through a dark feature) for the customers that use this feature.
