Current behavior is for the agile panel to be displayed by default on all issues. How to disable Agile side panel from issue view screen indicates that the way to hide this panel is to disable the module entirely.

This request is to allow the hiding of the agile panel as an option per project, rather than having to disable the module in the instance entirely.
