Issue Summary

When the workflow has at least one linear workflow (open > in progress), the transition name shows up on the dropdown menu o the issue view.

• When all transitions all go from All > Status no transition names appear.

• If the workflow uses any linear (chronological) transition Status > Status, then the name of the transitions becomes visible. Example:
  

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a workflow that has at least one transition that is not All -> Status.
2. Notice that transitions along with names appear in the issue view for transitions.
