Sometimes it is necessary to remove sensitive data due to data protection (e.g. GDPR).
This includes, for example, who has done what to issues or assets in the past.
A way to regulate this is needed.
For example, by removing entries that are older than period x or, in the best case, anonymising them.
From my point of view, this function is absolutely necessary in order to work in compliance with data protection regulations, especially with regard to customer data.
This should be a standard feature in jira.
