      Overview: This feature request aims to enhance the current issue-tracking capabilities by introducing the functionality to automatically log issue history updates whenever a connected Jira sprint name is updated. 

      Feature Description: Currently, when a sprint name in Jira is updated, the change is not reflected in the issue history. This can lead to confusion and miscommunication among team members, as the historical context and progression of issues might not accurately represent the project's evolution. The proposed feature seeks to address this gap by ensuring that every change made to a connected Jira sprint name is automatically logged in the issue's history. 

      Justification:

      • Transparency: This feature will significantly enhance transparency within the project management process by providing a clear and accessible record of how and when sprint names are updated.
