Need a warning telling the user GH Ranking field may be disabled if restricting Context on Issue Type

Since if the Context of GH Ranking field is set to restrict on the specific Issue Types, Ranking may be disalbed on the projects which issue type scheme includes any issue type not in that Context. So, it's better to display a warning in JIRA side ("Modify Configuration Scheme Context" page) to warn the admin that restricting Context on Issue Type may cause Ranking being disabled in GreenHopper.
