Sprint Health Gadget wrong calculation when using decimals

Issue Summary

When using decimals to estimate story points, after a certain point, the numbers in the Spring Health Gadget will stop matching the sum of the Sprint.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create several issues
2. Estimate them with values like 0.2, 0.3, etc.. and some larger values (I could not reproduce when the sum was lower than ~ 50)
3. Add all these issues to the sprint and start it.

Expected Results

Both the count on the Backlog page as the one on the Gadget must match.

The values don't match the count on the Sprint:

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
