Support AWS webhooks integration with DVCS webhooks

    • We collect Jira feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      Customer has already using secret for connecting to AWS API Gateway, and from there it is passed to Jira webhook. Defining another secret is not necessary, especially for each organization.

      It would be great to have a dark flag or JVM param to disable this feature, or way to update DVCS webhooks secrets to match with the AWS webhooks secret.
