      Expected Results

      Project admin should also be able to Manage DVCS accounts for gitlab. Project admins should be able to configure it completely by themself but also that they can authenticate the integration.

      Actual Results

      Only Jira administrator can manage DVCS accounts. It means a lot more effort for the sys admin team. It is mentioned in Linking GitLab accounts.

      You need to be a Jira System Administrator to complete this task.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
