[JSWSERVER-25864] Auto-schedule should not imply that it is working on selected issues

It works in Jira Cloud but does not in Jira Data Center, do you fix it? No it's easier to say the documentation that suggest it should work is the bug... what a joke...

Please consider having the functionality implemented instead. Limiting the auto scheduler to selected scope is an essential feature for us. Always auto scheduling the entire roadmap cannot be considered a desired behavior as it can only be used in some cases. Changes to parts of a plan which should not affect the remaining items would prohibit its use.

Per the bug fix policy, with no workaround available this is not a Severity 3 - Minor bug. This feature clearly isn't working as advertised, and I'm surprised the bug summary suggests that the fix is to stop saying that this functionality is available. Can we upgrade this to Severity 2 and change the summary to be the same as the story that spawned it?: "Auto-scheduling in Advanced Roadmaps does not respect the selected Scope".
