After adding multiple dependencies for an issue on Advanced Roadmaps plan the "Add Dependency" is rendered outside of visible area

Steps to Reproduce

In the timeline area of an Advanced Roadmaps plan, keep adding more dependencies to an issue. Each time another dependency is added the pop-up will have to expand.

Expected Results

The pop-up for adding dependencies is repositioned once the expanded pop-up would be rendered outside the screen.

Actual Results

Each time a dependency is added the "+ Add dependency" button is moved further down until it's unreachable.

Workaround

If you click outside the pop-up and then again on the "+" icon to add dependencies the pop-up will be rendered in a more suitable position giving access to the "+ Add dependency" button again.
