Problem Statement

There isn't an option to disable the following create button in the Advanced roadmap plan:

The main reason why user want to disable the creation options is mainly to speed up the management of users that we have in our instance, having this option makes it possible for us to not have to manage this functionality through Advanced Roadmaps permissions. Additionally, we ensure that issues are not generated incorrectly since given the customization we have in our instance we have verified that the issues generated are not valid for us.

Suggestion

It would be great to have this feature available to control when and how the create button shows in the plan view.
