Jira keyboard shortcut of 'm' doesn't work after uploading a file via copy/paste

Issue Summary

The keyboard shortcut 'm' doesn't work after uploading a file via copy/paste But if you drag-and-drop it to an issue, the shortcut works.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open an issue
2. Add an attachment to the issue via copy/paste

Expected Results

The m shortcut should work fine after copying/pasting a file as it works while using the drag-and-drop feature.

Actual Results

It does display the tip “press m to add comment“, even when you copy and paste (ctrl+v) the attachment but nothing happens when you press the shortcut.

Workaround

Drag and drop a file to add it to an issue and use the m shortcut after that.
