We would like a list of Jira notifications sent to the current user within Jira, similar to a notification bell, as well as potentially an option to turn off or filter notifications that get sent to email.

This would make it easier to see changes relevant to the current user, as well as help curate emails coming out of Jira without losing the notification messages.
