Updating an issue in epic in Kanban board throws a Javascript error

Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: Yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a board with a filter query that shows just epics (project = ABC and type = epic)
2. Create an epic, then create a story under that epic.
3. From the board, click the epic. Then, from the issue detail view panel (on the right), click the pencil icon to edit the story in the epic.
4. Update any of the fields in Edit issue screen
5. Click Update.

Expected Results

The update should work without any javascript error

Actual Results

User get an error message caused by the Javascript

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
