Issue Summary
The content which becomes available on hover in the table section is not focusable and operable by keyboard
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to "Plans" dropdown and activate it.
- Select any plan from the list.
- Navigate to the table using keyboard.
- Ensure that the content is not focusable and operable.

Actual Results
The content such as "15/Mar/24", "21/Mar/24", "7 days", "1", "2", and so on does not receive a keyboard focus it is not even announced by the screen reader.
The screen reader and keyboard skipping the content. As a result, screen reader users cannot access the content.
Expected Results
Apply the following changes:
- Update the value of tabindex attribute as "0".
- Modify the scripts to ensure that the button will be operable by keyboard and screen reader.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
