Issue Summary

The color contrast of the focus indicator has insufficient color contrast in the modal dialog.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to "Plan" dropdown and activate it.
2. Select any plan from the dropdown.
3. Navigate to ans select the "Settings" button.
4. Select the "Get started" option.
5. Using Color Contrast Analyser tool check the color contrast of the focus indicator.

Actual Results

The "Next" button with foreground  #9B90DB focus indicator color have color contrast ratio of 2.1:1 with #6654C0 background color.
 
This will make it difficult for people with low vision and color blindness to identify the focus indicator for the user interface controls that have insufficient contrast.

Expected Results

Ensure that the color contrast of focus indicator for all user interface controls is 3:1 with the foreground and background color.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
