Issue Summary
On the Accessibility Assessment - Roadmaps page, When the "Filter" button is activated, the focus does not move to the 1st interactive element I.E. "Clear all filters" button. It instead moves to the "Issue details" input field.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the "Accessibility Assessment - Roadmaps" page.
- Navigate to the main content.
- Navigate to the "Filter" button and activate it.
- Observe that the focus moves to the "Type issue keys, summaries" input field instead of "Clear all filters" button.

Actual Results
When the "Filter" button is activated, the focus does not move to the "Clear all filters" button. It instead moves to the "Issue details" input field. As a result, keyboard-only and screen reader users will have to navigate the screen content to access the "Clear all filter" button.
Expected Results
When the users activate the "Filter" button, the focus should move to the 1st interactive element I.E. "Clear all filters" button.
